PriceWaiter’s standard shipping policy is that your order will ship within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Any exceptions will be clearly shown on the product page and/or the checkout page. Delivery times will vary based on the item purchased and the location of both you and the seller. A limited number of products require longer shipping timelines.
PriceWaiter’s goal is to get you your order as fast as possible but ultimately our sellers control when shipments are made. PriceWaiter will provide tracking numbers and shipping updates and you will also have access to contact the seller directly if needed. Please let us know if we can help!
PriceWaiter’s standard return policy is that you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A limited number of items have different return policies and this information will be clearly shown on the product page and/or the checkout page.
In a few rare instances some items may not be returned for any reason. These products will always be clearly marked as a “Non-refundable” item on the product page and/or at checkout.
To arrange a refund, please contact PriceWaiter customer service. You will be refunded the price of the item you return, plus any taxes you paid on the item.
For damaged or incorrect items - please take pictures of the product and include the pictures when reaching out to PriceWaiter Support at email@example.com
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received including:
- All packaging such as boxes, bags and tags
- Accessories such as cords and remotes
- Manuals, warranty cards, etc.
- Any bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
It may take 10-14 business days after the seller received your returned item(s) to process the refund. If it’s too late to start a return, it's up to the seller to decide whether they will accept a late return. Please contact the seller for more information.
