Topped with full width cast iron grates, this cooktop allows you to slide cookware across without lifting, preventing spills. A powerful 17K BTU burner facilitates high powered cooking like frying, searing and wok cooking, while a 6K burner reduces to a controllable low to keep dishes warm. Stylish and versatile this unit is also able to be converted to be used with LP gas.
