With PriceWaiter we have the chance to convert that customer on the spot, before they leave to price compare elsewhere. We get the conversion, and the customer feels rewarded in their search for a value on a quality product. PriceWaiter also lets us collect email addresses on each offer, so we can keep in contact with the customer, create loyalty and increase conversion rates down the line.
We are happy with the additional conversions through Pricewaiter. It has brought an additional 2-5% conversion to overall sales. We find with today’s competitive markets the need to negotiate prices online is essential. We deal with MAP pricing and extremely low margins in some areas of our product line. The software runs smoothly!
At 25%, PriceWaiter is our highest converting lead source – over catalogue requests, newsletter signups, email campaigns, and all our other efforts. We have had it on up to 80% of our products at a time. PW enables ease of transactability and allows us to interact with customers who would typically leave the site due to price.
